With bdp, we meet the high economic and legal demands made on a professional club and at the same time maintain the special features of the 1st FC Union.
When we wanted to enable our fans and members to participate in the maintenance and extension of the stadium "An der Alten Försterei", bdp accompanied us in the process of transferring the stadium operating company from a GmbH & Co. KG into an AG. In this way we were then able to realize the desired participation via the share issue.
As a professional club, we also have to report to the German Football League on our economic development on an ongoing basis. The Audit & Tax department at bdp regularly audits the individual financial statements for us and carries out an audit review of the half-yearly financial statements - under great time pressure, but always reliably.
