The Neue ZWL Zahnradwerk Leipzig is a medium-sized group of companies with approx. 1,000 employees in Germany, Slovakia and China, producing high-tech in the automotive supply sector.
It was no pleasant surprise for Dr. Bormann when I had to tell him that our most important customer had asked us to open a production site in China. But I could see immediately that he accepted the new challenge.
Within a very short period of time, he then created the conditions to be able to accompany us to China. In particular, he has built up a powerful team around Jennifer Lv, who will support us in China. We are a demanding customer and I do not say this often, but I am very happy with bdp!
