With over 30 years on the market, Neidhardt Grundbau GmbH is an independent, owner-managed family business in the field of special foundation engineering. In 1992 we were the first new client of the newly founded partnership bdp Bormann Demant & Partner.
I had previously sold my construction company to a large construction group and continued to run it there as managing director. However, my ideas collided with the constraints of a corporate group. So I wanted to buy back my company and needed an overall strategy including financing. I am an engineer and was glad that the bdp team not only advised me on business management but also on legal and tax matters and has been at our side since this successful transaction.
