The year 2024 is drawing to a close - a year full of economic uncertainties but also exciting challenges and successful collaboration. With this Christmas letter, we would like to thank you for the trust you have placed in us again this year.
A look back at 2024
A highlight for bdp in the first quarter was the EuropeFides General Meeting we organised in Marbella, an inspiring exchange with international partners. The discussions on current economic and legal developments as well as innovative approaches for the future enriched our perspectives and helped us to further optimise our service for you.
Also worth mentioning in the international area is our leadership workshop in Shanghai, which deepened understanding of intercultural cooperation and modern leadership. These insights are directly incorporated into our work and help us to provide even more customised support for your individual needs.
In Berlin, we also focussed on the topic of communication. We organised communication coaching sessions with our colleagues to further strengthen internal collaboration and make processes even more efficient for the future.
In the summer, our team event took us to Warnemünde on the Baltic Sea. A big team-building day and the exchange between over 60 colleagues from all over Europe were at the centre of this trip and helped to further strengthen our cooperation and team spirit.
The EuropeFides autumn meeting in Milan was also characterised by intensive exchange and valuable insights into the current challenges and opportunities in a global context. The dialogue with international experts strengthens our basis for supporting you at the highest level.
As part of our ongoing developments in 2024, we have also increased our focus on remote work to enable you to work together even more flexibly. At the same time, we have modernised our internal structures, for example by relocating our Hamburg office. We prioritised sustainability and modern working conditions in order to be able to continue working for you in a future-oriented approach.
