Hong Lang has been living in Germany for almost 14 years and has more than ten years of professional experience in capital markets and management consulting. She started her professional career at Deutsche Boerse, assisted Chinese companies in their listings, and was subsequently responsible for investor relations in a Chinese company listed on Deutsche Boerse.

Since 2016, Hong Lang has been working as Business Development Manager and Senior Consultant at bdp and is responsible for investments and financing of Chinese companies in Germany. She has successfully assisted a number of Chinese companies with their formation, listing, and M&A transactions in Germany. She works closely with the Sino-German team to provide comprehensive advice on financing, tax, auditing, and due diligence.

Her university education includes a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Finance & Banking at Zhejiang University in China and a Master of Science in International Economics & Finance at the University of Tübingen in Germany focused on finance, and economics and econometrics.

Elsa Ibañez Ferrer

Elsa Ibañez Ferrer was born in Spain and grew up in London. In Germany, she studied English and Media studies in Heidelberg and Mannheim, followed by a traineeship as a journalist at Format.e TV productions. She then worked for many years with Frank Elstner TV Programm "People of the Week". Among other things, she was responsible for the international guests.

After her return to Spain, she worked in the real estate sector and, since May 2021, has held the position of Corporate Communications and Real Estate Consultant at bdp Spain.

Peter Captain

Peter Capitain (born in Hamburg in 1965) has been living in Spain since 1971. After completing his law studies, he worked in various sectors, including real estate (real estate and corporate lawyer). Afterwards, he worked at Dr. Frühbeck Abogados and continued as managing director of Güpa Technik España. He has been with bdp Mechanical Components since 2015. His focus areas include real estate and corporate law.
